We must remember to consistently pour into ourselves so that we are not pouring out our very last drops. This is unhealthy for us as well as it is not good for the receiver. When we take time to replenish our spirit, it allows us to serve others from the overflow. We cannot serve nor should we serve from an empty vessel.
Let's take our modalities, lock the doors and immerse oursleves in them. Let's be greedy with our time and remind ourselves why we love this art. Let's feed our spirits, drink up its goodness, and remind ourselves of when we first fell in love with it.
