Mississauga Friday Morning Yoga & Music Program (2025–2026)

Facilitated by a licensed yoga professional and a certified music therapist, ensuring each session is safe, inclusive, and enjoyable.

Join us for a unique Yoga and Music Program designed for individuals of different abilities! Each Friday morning, we start with gentle, inclusive yoga to stretch, strengthen, and energize the body in a supportive environment. After yoga, the session flows into a therapeutic music and movement experience where participants can dance, move, and explore creative expression using music, scarves, or small percussion instruments.

This program encourages social connection, emotional well-being, and joyful self-expression in a relaxed and familiar setting. Participants enjoy a mix of popular tunes and favorites, making every session fun and engaging!

Program Details:

  • Day: Friday

  • Time: 10:00–11:30 AM (Yoga + Music)

  • Dates: Weekly from Friday, September 19, 2025, to Friday, June 5, 2026

  • Exclusions: October 10 & 17, October 31, Winter Break Dec 26–Jan 9, February 13, March 20, April 3, May 15
